As a leader and mentor, my passion is to help businesses grow and grow with them. Much of my inspiration comes from my life experience. While mentoring businesses I make sure to share my professional and personal experiences. This will surely help them to develop their businesses. I do work a 9 to 5 and post that I upskill myself. Beyond this, I like to spend my time with family, friends, exploring new places, and conversing with different people.

My Journey from Banking to Techno-Banking
The Beginning of My Professional Journey
my journey began with an entrance into my family's transport business following graduation. Motivated by a hunger for knowledge and personal advancement, I embarked on an MBA journey. Amidst the challenges of The Great Recession, I bravely embraced change, relocating to a new city to embark on a new career path as a salesman in a mobile store. Despite encountering difficulties, my perseverance, commitment to self-improvement, and unwavering confidence in my abilities propelled me forward.
A Quest for Knowledge - MBA and PGDB
Motivated by curiosity and resilience, I encountered challenging times. Upon completing my MBA, I ventured into the banking sector, joining ICICI Bank's PO program. It was during this tenure that my interest in technology within finance began to flourish.
Embracing the Role of a Techno-Banker
As I transitioned from banking to IT, my curiosity blossomed, propelling me to explore diverse roles. From the initial leap into IT, I eagerly embraced challenges, taking on varied positions such as Business Analyst and Functional Consultant. This journey of self-discovery eventually led me to a significant role at iCreate Software. Subsequently, at Capgemini, I continued to push my boundaries, making impactful contributions to operations at HSBC India before progressing to support HSBC UK.
